We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
- All returns must be pre-approved via email before sending items back.
Due to the handcrafted nature of many Kimphoria pieces, small variations in size, color, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
To begin a return, please email us at Service@kimphoria.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.
You’ll be asked to provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing any defects or problems
- Your order number
Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether your item qualifies for return. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged or is missing accessories, we’ll assess the issue and determine the best solution. Depending on the severity, we may:
- Recommend local repair
- Ship replacement parts
- Send a full replacement
All approved returns are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee unless the item was received damaged or defective.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Sale”
- Gift cards
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
