Welcome to Kimphoria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from Kimphoria. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of our site means you accept any changes.

Many Kimphoria products are handmade, so slight variations in size, color, and finish are to be expected and are part of the product’s unique character.We also reserve the right to make design or construction updates that may differ slightly from what’s shown online or in our catalog.

Orders are officially accepted once processed by Kimphoria. If you need to make changes, please contact us the same day your order is placed. Otherwise, your order is considered final, and these Terms will apply.We only accept orders placed through our website.Orders submitted by phone or email are not accepted.Inventory is not reserved for orders that are placed on hold.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will ship as soon as it becomes available. Please note:

You can update the shipping address before the order ships. A re-routing fee (up to $400) may apply if changes are made after shipment.

You may cancel a backorder before it ships.

We do not accept additions to backorders; new items must be placed as separate orders.

All prices are subject to change without notice.But we promise: we will not change the price of the ordered goods.Once you receive your customer ID, you can log in to view dealer pricing

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) orders.

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before submitting.

We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician or qualified lighting professional for installation of all permanent fixtures.

Kimphoria is not responsible for any damages resulting from improper installation.

Please inspect your items before installing—do not install any damaged products. Claims made after installation will not be accepted.

All Kimphoria products are covered by a two-year limited warranty that protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation or handling
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Only approved retailers and accounts may sell Kimphoria products online using our photos, logos, or other intellectual property.

To be authorized, you must:

• Obtain written approval from Kimphoria.
• Sign an agreement and disclose all websites/domains used to market or sell Kimphoria products.
• Inform us of any new sites added later.
• Selling Kimphoria products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon or eBay) requires explicit written permission.

Kimphoria now offers international shipping, including to the United States and Europe.

All international orders are processed directly by Kimphoria.

We are not currently working with international distributors or resellers.

Our lighting fixtures default to local voltage requirements, such as 120V wiring in the United States and 220V wiring in Europe.

All Kimphoria designs and images are protected under copyright laws in China and internationally.

Reproducing, distributing, or using our designs or images without written permission from a Kimphoria officer is strictly prohibited. Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law rules.
